  • 500 g flour
  • 30 g pressed yeast
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1/8 l of lukewarm milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g butter
  • 35 g bitter almonds, peeled and chopped

  • a pinch of salt

  • 1 sachet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100 g sugar

  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of sliced almonds

  1. Brush a baking sheet with butter or margarine. Sift the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the Center. Insert the crumbled yeast and make a previous mass with a spoonful of sugar, milk and a little flour.
