  • 100 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 glass of maraschino liqueur (2 CL)
  • 50 g of breadcrumbs
  • 250 g chopped almonds
  • 50 g of chopped candied lemon rind
  • 80 g flour
  • 4 egg whites
On the other hand
  • 450 g currant jelly
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons of maraschino
For mold

  1. Grease the bottom of a detachable mould of 22 cm in diameter. Heat oven to 200 degrees. Beat the butter with famous names half of the sugar until it is foamy and add the yolks one by one.
