Gazpacho in a thermomix with Thermomix food processor

Ingredients
- 1 kg of very ripe tomatoes, without peeling
- 1 small red pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small piece of onion
- 1 partially peeled small cucumber
- 1 peeled lemon, without white skin or seeds and vinegar
- Salt
- 50 g (1/2 Goblet) oil
- Water to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into the beaker of the Thermomix less oil and set of 3 to 5 minutes depending on the quality of tomato, at speeds 5-7-9 progressive.
- Add oil and mix thoroughly with a spatula. Add ice water, to taste.
Notes
- Suggestions: Serve with chopped vegetables and Croutons. Also it can be accompanied with chopped ham.
- If you want a more emulsified gazpacho, put the oil in the Thermomix from the beginning, taking into account that the red color will be less intense.
