Ingredients
  • 300 g frozen puff pastry dough or 300 g flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g butter

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
Instructions
  1. Defrost the puff pastry 30-60 minutes at room temperature. Work the flour sifted with the yolk, sugar and butter and get a broken dough.

  3. With the broken dough form a plate of 50 X 55 cm. Paint this dough with the second yolk, Place the puff pastry on top and squeeze a little. Cut strips of 1 1/2 cm wide, Roll them into a spiral so that the puff pastry is out and make loops.
  4. Tighten the tips. Place the ties on a baking tray and let stand 15 minutes.
  5. Heat oven to 220 degrees. Cooking the ties 15 minutes to half-height. Heat the jam and paint the bows with it.
Notes
  • Ties are very suitable for freezing, but in such a case they should not be bathed. They are packed still hot and frozen.
