Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 30 g pressed yeast
- 1/4 l of lukewarm milk
- 100 g butter
- 80 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- the bark of 1/2 grated lemon
- 500 g of cottage cheese
- 50 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of rum
- 2 egg yolks
On the other hand
- 250 g ground poppy seeds
- 80 g sugar
- 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs
- 1/4 l of milk
On the other hand
- 1 egg yolk
- 250 g of plum jam
For the oven tray

Instructions
- Prepare a Sourdough with ingredients including from flour to the grated lemon rind.
- Mix the cottage cheese with butter, sugar, the egg yolks, starch and rum. Beat the egg whites and add them to the mass of curd below top.
- Mix with sugar poppy seeds, bread crumbs and milk, boil and let cool. Divide the sourdough into pieces of 50 g, form a ring with a border with each of them and paint this with whipped egg yolk.
- Place each bread four mounds of the mass of curd, four mass of poppy and the center one of jam. Leave to ferment 10 minutes.
- Heat oven to 200 degrees and bake cakes 20-25 minutes to half-height
