Ingredients

  • 500 g cottage cheese
  • 50 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon starch
  • 1 tablespoon of rum
  • 2 egg yolks

  • 250 g ground poppy seeds
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 l of milk

Instructions
  1. Prepare a sourdough with ingredients ranging from flour to grated lemon rind.
