Ingredients
  1. 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
  2. 1/2 Cup water
  3. 1 Tin of condensed milk
  4. 3 handles (pulp)
  5. 1/2 Cup of milk
  6. 1 Cup whipping cream
  7. Mango jam
Instructions
  1. Sprinkle the gelatin in the water, Let stand to moisten, heat and moving constantly until not have lumps.
  2. In a blender mix the condensed milk, Mango and milk, When they are already built-in to add the gelatin while blending.
  3. Whip the cream until it has consistency and form peaks, outside the Blender add little by little to the liquid and mix until everything is incorporated. Pour into individual molds and refrigerate. Unmold and garnish with a bit of jam of mango.
