  • 1/2 liter of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 DL sugar (a nearly full glass)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 150-200 GR of margarine
  • Nearly one kg of flour
  • 50 GR of yeast in bread or 2 envelopes of yeast Royal
  1. Heat the milk until it is almost burning. Pour in the sugar, salt and an egg. Add the yeast mixed with a little flour and stir. Put the remaining flour and knead during some 5 minutes. Then add melted butter. Knead everything until it does not stick to hands. Cover it with a dry cloth and leave it in a place where not you air. Wait a few 35 minutes.
  2. Return to knead. Spread with a roller, brush with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll by pulling sideways so that it is not too thick and cut in the shape of triangles. Crush the center of each piece with your thumb.
  3. Brush with beaten egg and garnish with granulated sugar.
  4. Put in the oven at 225 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  • Take care that the oven is not too hot so raw are not left inside.
