Ingredients

  • 300 GR. honey
  • 60 GR. Baker's yeast
  • 50 GR. sugar
  • 50 GR. almond powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of anise
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ glass of water
  • butter and flour for the mold

Instructions
