Ingredients
  • ½ Rabbit
  • 100 cooked snails
  • 150 GR. serrano ham
  • 150 GR. Chorizo for cooking
  • 1 glass of homemade tomato
  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 piquillo peppers
  • 1 glass of wine white
  • water
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • ½ hot pepper
  • chopped parsley
Instructions
  1. Remove the snails from their shells, remove the black part of the final. Chop ham into small cubes and introduces a piece into each shell. It also gets the snail.
  2. Chop the garlic cloves and put them to Brown in a pan with oil. Until golden brown add the chopped onions and the chilli pepper. Season and kitchen for a few 5 minutes.

Notes
