Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 Cup caster sugar
  • 3/4 cup crushed walnuts
  • 100 GR. butter
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
  1. Sift the flour together with the baking powder and powdered sugar. Add the crushed walnuts and lard.
  2. Work a lot with your hands to join the dough, Stretch it with the pallet until it is no longer 1/2 cm. thick. Cut the crescent-shaped biscuits.
  3. Place them on a plate smeared with butter and cook them in a soft oven for 15 minutes.
  4. While they are still hot, they are passed through impalpable sugar.
