Ingredients
  • 1 kg of flour
  • 50 g of fresh yeast
  • 600 cc of milk (3 tea cups)
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 1 scoop heaping of salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 50 g of melted butter or margarine (1/2 Cup of coffee)
Instructions
  1. Place the flour and salt in a bowl; form a Crown.
  2. In the center position the fresh yeast with a little water and sugar teaspoon; the aim is to break the yeast so that is a soft consistency thickens. Let yeast ferment a few moments.
