  • 300 g of fine rice noodles, dry
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, fine chopped
  • 350 g of pork loin, cut into strips
  • 300 g of peeled prawns, Raw
  • 1 large onion, cut into fine wedges
  • 1-2 spoonfuls of curry powder
  • 150 g green beans, cut diagonally into small pieces
  • 1 big carrot, cut into fine sticks
  • 1 teaspoon of refined sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 200 g of soybean sprouts, without the hard ends
  • spring onion, cut into fine Band-Aids for garnish, Optional
  1. Dip the rice noodles in boiling water during 5 minutes or until soft. Drain them well.
  2. Hot 1 tablespoon oil in a wok, when this hot hyen, throw the garlic, pork and prawns. Saltelo during 2 minutes or until it's well done; take them out of the wok. Put the wok on medium heat.
  3. Heat the remaining oil in the wok and pour the onion and curry powder; salt tee during 2 o 3 minutes. Add the beans, the carrot, sugar and salt, pour some water over it and skip it all during 2 minutes.
  4. Add the noodles and soy sauce to the wok and stir them with 2 wooden spoons. Add soybean sprouts and pork, season to taste with a little more salt, pepper and sugar, and stir well. Garnish dishes with spring-onion Band-Aids, If you want to.
