  • 500g of fresh noodles or fertucini
  • 40 g butter
  • 2 leeks in rhodium-baked
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 1 Cup of cream
  • 1/4 Cup of grated Parmesan
  • 100 g of spinach, washed and without the stems
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot with boiling water during 3-5 minutes until al dente is. Drain and keep it warm.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, warm the mantequllla in a saucepan, add leek and nutmeg, cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes; shakethe casserole from time to time. Add peas and wine, rape again and continue cooking 3 more minutes.
  3. Add cream and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. When break to a boil, it all clicks on 3 minutes, throw out the cheese and spinach, Remove, cover the casserole and remove it from the fire. Serve pasta in deep plates with sauce on top.
