  • 125 g butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 l buttermilk

Instructions
  1. Beat the butter with the sugar, vanilla, salt and eggs until a foamy dough is obtained. Sift the flour with the yeast and add little by little by tablespoons to the dough alternating with the whey.
  2. Incorporate the serum necessary for a fluid mass to form. Spread the boatman with oil and heat it. Pour each time a tablespoon of dough in the hot boatman and cook the wafers 4-6 minutes.

Notes
  • The wafers are tastier fresh from the boatman, but already somewhat cold. You can put on each wafer a heaping spoonful of iced whipped cream.
