Ingredients
  • 450 GR. flour 0000
  • 450 GR. flour 000
  • 100 GR. rye flour
  • 25 GR. of Brewer's yeast
  • 25 GR. of salt
  • 100 GR. beef or pork fat melted
  • 1/2 litre of water
  • 150 GR. Greaves of cow or pig
Instructions
  1. Sift the two flours and mix with rye and salt, make a Crown and in the Center add yeast dissolved in warm water and the fat melted but warm. Mix and knead, Add pork rinds and continue kneading.
