Ingredients
  • 500 g flour
  • 30 g pressed yeast
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1/4 l of lukewarm milk
  • 1 saffron peat
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 120 g margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • the bark of 1/2 grated lemon

    Instructions

    4. Make a braid with every two strips and tighten the tips tightly. Let the braids ferment 15 minutes. Heat the vegetable fat to 175 degrees.
    5. Frying the braids 5 minutes from two to two, until they are golden. Turn them with a slotted spoon.
    6. Let them drain and pour them over the sugar when they are still hot.
