The porrusalda is a typical Basque dish, soupy with great trips, vegetable-based, where he excels gives name: the leek. The term purrusalda in Basque means Leek sauce. Usually add shredded salted balacalao, hake (in la Rioja) or even ribs of pork and chorizo.

Ingredients 4 people

  5. Oil.
  6. Salt and pepper.
  7. 200 GR. of shredded salted cod (Optional).
  8. 200 GR. of costilas pork and 100 GR. Chorizo (Optional).

Instructions
  1. Sauté in a pan with a little oil, minced onion (brunoise), garlic, and the carrot (in cubes of about 1cm.). Season.
