Ingredients
  • 200 g of chicken breast fillets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup of creamy sweet corn
  • 3 cups of homemade chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon of corn flour
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 spring onions, cut into diagonal slices
Instructions
  1. Wash chicken in cold water. Dry with absorbent paper. Place it in the bowl of the meat grinder; pique it until creamy. Add salt.
  2. Whisk the egg whites in a small bowl until they are almost about to snow. Add egg whites to crushed chicken meat.
  3. Bring the chicken stock to the boil and add the creamy corn. Dissolve the cornmeal in a little water and add it to the soup, stirring until it thickens.
  4. Reduce heat and with a few rods incorporate the mixture with the chicken meat. Let it get hot, without ever boiling, a few 3 minutes. Season to taste with soy sauce. Spread over the spring onion.
Notes
  • Prepare this dish just before serving. Chicken broth can be frozen for use at any time.
