Ingredients
- 200 g of chicken breast fillets
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup of creamy sweet corn
- 3 cups of homemade chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of corn flour
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 spring onions, cut into diagonal slices
Instructions
- Wash chicken in cold water. Dry with absorbent paper. Place it in the bowl of the meat grinder; pique it until creamy. Add salt.
- Whisk the egg whites in a small bowl until they are almost about to snow. Add egg whites to crushed chicken meat.
- Bring the chicken stock to the boil and add the creamy corn. Dissolve the cornmeal in a little water and add it to the soup, stirring until it thickens.
- Reduce heat and with a few rods incorporate the mixture with the chicken meat. Let it get hot, without ever boiling, a few 3 minutes. Season to taste with soy sauce. Spread over the spring onion.
Notes
- Prepare this dish just before serving. Chicken broth can be frozen for use at any time.
