Ingredients
- 1 small pork knuckle
- 400 GR. roast beef
- 1 stalk of lemon grass
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon chile paste
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon shrimp paste
- 1 spoonful of sugar
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200 GR. rice noodle
- 2 green onions
- 10 mint leaves
- 10 Basil leaves
- 100 GR. of bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Lime juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook 2 hours in water the pork knuckle, the meat, the lemon grass, the onion, chilli paste, the fish sauce, shrimp pasta, the sugar and garlic. Strain and reserve the liquid and ingredients. Separately soak noodles from boiling rice in water 3 minutes or until they are soft, rinse with cold water and reserve.
- Distribute in a bowl noodle nest, crumbled meat, julienned scallion onion, Mint and basil and bean sprouts. Cover with the hot broth, spray with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve.
