Ingredients
- 20 fresh oysters
- 1 Cup of broccoli flowers
- 2 eggs
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Juice of 2 files
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 3 tablespoons of cream
- 150 GR. cheese cuartirolo (semi-hard)
- 3 tablespoons gruyere cheese
- Chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- Washing and brushing each other. Open one by one, very carefully, knotting with a short blade knife and, as far as possible, dull. Book them in a source, covered with ice, in the refrigerator.
- Cook steamed broccoli flowers until they are tender. Cut the cooking with ice water, drain them and chop them coarsely, reserving some for the presentation of the dish. Place in a bowl and mix with eggs lightly beaten.
- Add chopped garlic and dill, the juice of limes, Ginger powder, the cream and cuartirolo diced cheese and the grated gruyere, Add salt and pepper and, with the help of a spoon, cover the oysters.
- Place them on a dish so there is firm and gratinate in the oven at high temperature.
- If you want to, You can sprinkle with a bit of juice and lime zest, a few drops of olive oil and a little cilantro or parsley.
Notes
- When I need to serve fresh oysters, arrange them on a plate with a base of thick salt so that they do not fall and keep the juice. If you have to broil, I recommend that you place a mashed potatoes with a sleeve and then, on this mount oysters.
