Ingredients
  • 1 kg Swiss chard
  • 16 Dates
  • 1 Leek
  • zest of the skin of a lemon
  • oil
Instructions
  1. First we clean the chard well, removing the strands and cutting the leaves into pieces and the leaves into strips. Then chop the white part of the leek into thin slices.
  2. In a medium frying pan heat a splash of oil, where lightly fry the leek, without browning. Then add the Swiss chard, the zest of the lemon peel and the dates pitted and cut into pieces. We leave it sautéing 5 minutes.
  3. Then cook over low heat with the pan covered for 20 more minutes, adding water throughout cooking.
