Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 100 GR. sugar
- 75 GR. flour
- 30 GR. cocoa powder
- Butter and flour to spread the mold
- Icing sugar and water
Instructions
- Prepare the cake dough and sprinkle with the flour , Do it with a mixture of flour and cocoa powder.
- Pour the dough into a mold spread with butter and flour.
- Bake at medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Unmold the cake as soon as you take it out of the oven.
- Finally, Dilute icing sugar by adding water little by little - The measure of a teaspoon of coffee- and stir. If it stays hard add more water until you get the right texture. Garnish the cake with this syrup.
