Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 GR. sugar
  • 75 GR. flour
  • 30 GR. cocoa powder
  • Butter and flour to spread the mold
  • Icing sugar and water
Instructions
  1. Prepare the cake dough and sprinkle with the flour , Do it with a mixture of flour and cocoa powder.
  2. Pour the dough into a mold spread with butter and flour.
  3. Bake at medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Unmold the cake as soon as you take it out of the oven.
  5. Finally, Dilute icing sugar by adding water little by little - The measure of a teaspoon of coffee- and stir. If it stays hard add more water until you get the right texture. Garnish the cake with this syrup.
