Ingredients
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g margarine
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 Salt knife
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 kg of slightly acidic apples
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/8 l of liquid cream
  • the interior of 1 vanilla pod
Instructions
  1. Knead the flour sifted with margarine, the yolk, sugar, salt and water. Let re- pose the dough wrapped in aluminum foil 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Peel and split into four apples and remove the Center. Make regular ripping on Apple quarters and rub them with lemon juice. Heat oven to 200 degrees.
