Ingredients
  • 250 GRS. of ground almonds
  • 5 cuch. sugar
  • 150 GRS. butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 glass of liquor
  • Lemon zest
  • A handful of toasted almonds
  • Icing sugar
  • A piece of butter and flour to grease the mould
Instructions
  1. Separate the yolks from the whites. Assembles the whites to snow, adding at the end 3 tablespoons sugar.
  2. Monta also yolks mixing them with 2 tablespoons sugar until bleach.
  3. Mix the egg with the yolks carefully to make it fluffy.
  4. Leave the butter to temperature environment long enough so that it becomes liquid and add it to the dough. It also adds zest and liquor. Finally check the ground almonds and mix all these ingredients gently.
  5. Coat the mold with a piece of butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour over the cake dough.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for a few 10 minutes. Then, lower the temperature to 175 degrees and let others 25 minutes.
  7. Let the cake cool and unmold it.
  8. Finally decorate with icing sugar and toasted almonds.
