Ingredients
- 1 a kilo of beef (Tenderloin, Goose, etc.), cut in 8 steaks
- 1/2 Cup grated onion
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 cup oil for frying
- 1 large wheel onion
- 8 eggs
Instructions
- Mix the grated onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Salt, pepper and the tablespoon of oil and with this marinade rub steaks, left aside by 1/2 time
- In a frying pan add the rest of the oil to heat. Add steaks, without the marinade, is fried until golden brown; a few 3 to 4 minutes in total, almost to be, is added to the pan the onion on wheels with the marinade and FRY until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in another pan, fry the eggs cooked in oil not very hot. To serve them, a steak is put into each dish and wheels over the fried onions and a fried egg.
