  • 3 breasts of chicken
  • 3 dl of apple juice
  • 3 mango juice dl
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 spoonfuls of mango chutney
  • 250 g of tirabeques
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  1. Put the apple juice and mango juice in a scoop along with the chutney and peanut butter. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Let a few cook 5 minutes.
  2. Clean the slingshots and add them to the scoop; Cook 5 minutes until tender. Book.
  3. Divide each breast in two. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the onion into regular pieces and brown in a frying pan. Add the breasts and fry 5 minutes per side. Move to a casserole, add the sauce and the tirabeques, cook together for a few minutes.
