The essence of this stew seasoning of chicken is beer, that loses all the alcohol in it cooking and it gives to the chicken a taste delicious, especially indicated to accompany to a first dish of rice.
Chicken to the beer
1 chopped chicken (I have used chicken wings)
1/3 liter of beer
salt and pepper
1 DRAM (100 ml) of cognac (Optional)
