Ingredients
  1. 100 grams of normal rice
  2. 700 cc of milk
  3. 50 grams of sugar
  4. 1 pinch of salt
  5. Cinnamon sticks and lemon to taste cascaritas.

Instructions
  1. Soak rice with milk for at least 6 hours. Then take a heat low with cinnamon and lemon peel, boil 10 minutes.
  2. Add sugar and salt. Stir and continue cooking 5 minutes longer or until rice is cooked and creamy. Serve warm or cold with almonds and cinnamon shingles.
