Ingredients
  • 100 grams of normal rice
  • 700 cc of milk
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon sticks and lemon to taste cascaritas.
Instructions
  1. Soak rice with milk for at least 6 hours. Then take a heat low with cinnamon and lemon peel, boil 10 minutes.
  2. Add sugar and salt. Stir and continue cooking 5 minutes longer or until rice is cooked and creamy. Serve warm or cold with almonds and cinnamon shingles.
