Ingredients
- 100 grams of normal rice
- 700 cc of milk
- 50 grams of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- Cinnamon sticks and lemon to taste cascaritas.
Instructions
- Soak rice with milk for at least 6 hours. Then take a heat low with cinnamon and lemon peel, boil 10 minutes.
- Add sugar and salt. Stir and continue cooking 5 minutes longer or until rice is cooked and creamy. Serve warm or cold with almonds and cinnamon shingles.
