Ingredients
  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 kilo of tender green beans, cut in 2 or 3 pieces, some 5 cups
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 clove garlic, cut in two
  • 1/3 Cup grated onion
  • 2/3 Tara grated tomato, without skin or seeds
  • 1 Cup of beef broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
Instructions
