  • 6 steaks of beef liver, large and very thin, of 1/2 to 1 centimeter, around 1 kilo
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 large onion, in thick wheels
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup oil
