  • 300 GR. corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese
  • 50 GR. of smoked bacon cubes
  • 200 GR. grilled sausage in small pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 liter of vegetable broth
Instructions
  1. Mix the cornmeal with the tablespoon of breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Apart from sautéing the diced bacon with the barrillera sausage, cut in small pieces, 5 minutes.
