  • 300 GR. corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese
  • 50 GR. of smoked pancetta cubes
  • 200 GR. barbecue sausage into small pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 liter of vegetable broth
  1. Mix cornmeal with the tablespoon of bread crumbs and grated cheese. Separately saute the pancetta cubes with barrillera sausage, cut in small pieces, 5 minutes.
  2. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper and add the flour, half a liter of vegetable stock, mix, must be a not-very-thick dough. Place mixture in a greased with oil and dusted with cornmeal plate and cook in oven safe (200º), 50 minutes.
  3. You can eat as well or with tomato sauce and cheese, or any vegetable tart filling (boiled chard, drained and chopped, with minced garlic and grated cheese), return to the oven 5 minutes.
