Ingredients
  • 400 g flour
  • 1/2 sachet of baking powder
  • 30 g butter or margarine
  • 50 g sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 l of milk
  • 1 glass of Grappa liqueur (2 CL) = Brandy of orujo of Italy
  • 1/3 Cup of powdered sugar
For frying
  • 1 l oil or 1 kg of butter
Instructions
  1. Sift the flour with the yeast in a bowl. Spread over the butter or margarine into small pieces. Add the sugar, Salt. eggs, the milk and the Grappa and knead.
  2. Heat the oil to 175 degrees. Spread the dough on a floured surface so that it has 2 mm thick and cut square of 3 x 3 cm.
