Ingredients
  • 450 g of whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 8 Spoon das of wheat grains
  • 100 g honey
  • 150 g of syrup
  • 150 g margarine
For the oven tray
  • margarine
Instructions
  1. Brush a baking with margarine. Sift the flour with the yeast in a bowl and mix with the ginger and wheat grains. Heat simmer honey with syrup and margarine, stirring, until the margarine has joined total mind with syrup and honey.
  2. Cool the dough and when warm, Add flour mixture to tablespoons.
  3. Knead well and let the dough wrapped in aluminum foil for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Heat oven to 180 degrees.
  4. Spread the dough on floured surface, so it has 1/2 cm thick. cut hearts and place on prepared tray.
  5. Cook 10-12 the average height of the oven minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
Notes
  • The hearts of honey are hard just des because of cooking. If they are kept in a Tin that closes well soften in 1-2 days.
