  • 1 leg of lamb's 1,7 kg
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated fine
  • 2 teaspoons of sleained garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili in hojiilas
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice or lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup of natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon of saffron strands
  • 1/4 cup of hot water
  1. Remove excess fat and nerves from meat. With a sharp knife, make cuts every 5 cm all over the meat.

  1. Mix all ingredients. If it's too thick, add more oil. Impregne the meat. insisting on cuts. Cover and leave at night in the refrigerator.
To prepare the sauce topping
  1. mix the almonds, yogurt and honey. Weave the saffron strands until they are crisp; spoon them out and dissolve them with water. Add it to the rest.
