Ingredients
- 1 leg of lamb's 1,7 kg
Marinade
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated fine
- 2 teaspoons of sleained garlic
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili in hojiilas
- 2 teaspoons lime juice or lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons oil
Coverage
- 2 tablespoons ground almonds
- 1/4 cup of natural yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon of saffron strands
- 1/4 cup of hot water
Instructions
- Remove excess fat and nerves from meat. With a sharp knife, make cuts every 5 cm all over the meat.
To prepare the marinade
- Mix all ingredients. If it's too thick, add more oil. Impregne the meat. insisting on cuts. Cover and leave at night in the refrigerator.
To prepare the sauce topping
- mix the almonds, yogurt and honey. Weave the saffron strands until they are crisp; spoon them out and dissolve them with water. Add it to the rest.
- Preheat homo to 180" C. Put the lamb on a rack on a baking sheet with a little water and bake 30 minutes. Spread it with the coverage and love it 1 hour if you wish half done, and 1 1/2 hours to make it very done. Let it rest 15 minutes and torine.
