  • 1 kilo of pork chops
  • 1 lemon
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 5 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of wine white wine or white Vermouth, dry
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper.
  1. Rubbing with lemon and the ribs rinsed.
