Many times we do not know what to do at lunchtime and that's why I brought them a common dish but as always we give that special touch to our recipes. We prepare delicious chicken breasts seasoned in a way that gives it an incredible flavor and are not dry, We also made some flavored and very crispy fries. I hope you enjoy this dish!!

Ingredients
  • 1 Chicken Breast.
  • 1kg. Black potatoes.
  • Condiments: AJI, oregano, Salt, Provençal and rosemary.
  • Cant. Nec. Flour.
Instructions
  1. First fillet the chicken breast then season it with salt, AJI, Provencal and we put a few drops of lemon juice.
  2. Before putting them on the fire, Peel the black potatoes. I order black potatoes because fried potatoes come out much better than white potatoes, since the latter soften.
  3. Cut the potatoes into strips, and put them in a bowl. We throw flour until they are well battered. Then we put oregano, ground chili pepper and rosemary.
  4. Once prepared we put them to fry, Do not stir right away because otherwise they are all fofas. Once golden remove from fire.
  5. Put the breasts on low heat, 5 minutes on each side approximately and they will be ready.
  6. Once cooked everything we sat down to eat this delicious combination of chicken breasts with flavored potatoes.
