  • 1 kg. of beef steaks
  • 100 GR. butter
  • 1 glass of wine (sweet) Marsala
  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 4 onions
  • 500 GR. of Damascus
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 cup meat broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Place the lard in a saucepan and brown the meat (Steaks) and chopped onion. Add the wine, laurel, salt and pepper, Cook over moderate heat 30 minutes.
  2. Add the apricots, that will have been left in water the night before, Drain them and remove the pit beforehand. Add the almonds and let cook 20 minutes, Sprinkling with the broth.
