  • 1/2 Cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 seahorse almond liqueur
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 galletas Marías® package
  • 1/2 litre of natural yoghurt
  • 1 Tin of La Lechera® sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  1. Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin in cup water and let hydrate. Melt the butter in a Bain-Marie, grind® Marias cookies until are made powder.
  2. Mix the butter with the cookies on a baking pie and form a floor with cookies so that a crust. Refrigerate the mould while preparing the filling.
  3. To make the filling: blending the yoghurt with the condensed milk and almond liqueur, heat the gelatin either a Bain-Marie or in the microwave a few minutes, remove from heat and stir with a spoon until the gelatin is dissolved.
  4. Let cool slightly and add to the Blender. Mix and empty on the crust of pay, Sprinkle chopped nuts and refrigerate until set. Slice and serve.
