Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
- 1 seahorse almond liqueur
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 galletas Marías® package
- 1/2 litre of natural yoghurt
- 1 Tin of La Lechera® sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin in cup water and let hydrate. Melt the butter in a Bain-Marie, grind® Marias cookies until are made powder.
- Mix the butter with the cookies on a baking pie and form a floor with cookies so that a crust. Refrigerate the mould while preparing the filling.
- To make the filling: blending the yoghurt with the condensed milk and almond liqueur, heat the gelatin either a Bain-Marie or in the microwave a few minutes, remove from heat and stir with a spoon until the gelatin is dissolved.
- Let cool slightly and add to the Blender. Mix and empty on the crust of pay, Sprinkle chopped nuts and refrigerate until set. Slice and serve.
