Very traditional homemade recipe, sure many of our readers it will be eaten. It supports many variants, one of my favorites is that incorporates whipped cream over the trunk. Another is that supports Greek yogurt instead of coconut.

  • A package of Maria cookies. (With others, as for example, Oreo, I know that it is very rich)
  • Three eggs
  • Nine teaspoons of sugar, a little more for the egg whites.
  • Nine tablespoons coconut (It can be coconut yogurt) and a little more for the egg whites
  • Half tub of margarine
  • Colacao
  • 125 ml milk
  • Lemon juice
  • Candy
  1. We are going to take the eggs yolks and let's them mix with sugar, the coconut and the tub of margarine. We can help with a spatula. We have to know that each egg yolk has three tablespoons of sugar and three coconut. This will be our cream which we will use to spread the biscuits.
  2. Now we take the cookies and then cover it with a little milk, We put a little cream and put it on a tray, preferably glass, in the background. So with all of the cookies, and they are placed in the form of trunk, i.e. all aligned and way more compact as possible.
  3. Now it's the turn of whites, We assemble them, with a bit of salt and a few drops of lemon. When we see that they are about to be mounted, Add the sugar. When mounted they miss on the trunk.
  4. Finally you can sprinkle with a bit of chocolate milk, and even candy. You just need to put it in the fridge and allow it to cool, at least three hours.
