Ingredients
- 2 shoulder of lamb.
- 1 glass of olive oil.
- 1/2 glass of wine vinegar.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 2 Bay leaves.
- Salt.
Instructions
- Turn on the oven and wait until it reaches the 200 degrees Celsius. Cut into two or three pieces shoulders, with deep cuts which break bone, but the pieces to separate completely.
