  • 85 g of fine noodles
  • 2 cups of water
  • 4 chicken thighs in fillets
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 4 cups of frozen vegetable meestra
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  1. Arrange all the ingredients and utensils on the kitchen table.
  2. Cook the noodles in boiling water until they are set to their point and drain.
  3. Cut the chicken into thin strips and slice them into flour.
  4. Heat oil in the pan and salte in it the chicken pieces until golden golden (a few 2 minutes over high heat).
  5. Stir in the ginger and garlic and rehog another minute. Add the vegetable, soy sauce and curry. Saute 3 minutes.
