  • 1 veal tongue
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 pound of chopped tomato
  • 2 onions
  • 2 red chilli
  • 2 medium peppers
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • Thyme and Rosemary
  • 200 ml dry white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
