Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 Cup (80 ml) oil

  • 1 teaspoon dried shrimp paste
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 200 g beef hip, cut into small squares
  • 200 g prawns, peeled
  • 3 cups (555 g) cooked rice, cold
  • 2 teaspoons of kecap manis
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 lettuce, finely cut
  • 1 cucumber, in half slices
  • 3 tablespoons of refried onion
Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs well with the salt. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease it with 1 tablespoon oil.   4. Wait until the wok is hot again, Pour the remaining oil and rice. Sauté until loose and very hot. Add the kecap manis, soy and spring onion; Stirring during 1 minute more.
  5. Place the lettuce in a circle in a serving dish. Put the rice in the center and garnish it with the tortilla strips, cucumber and refried onion.
