Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 Cup (80 ml) oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, fine chopped
  • 1 Onion, fine chopped
  • 2 red chillies, fine lyanes
  • 1 teaspoon dried prawn paste
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 200 g of beef hip, cut into small squares
  • 200 g of prawns, peeled
  • 3 cups (555 g) cooked rice, Cold
  • 2 teaspoons of kecap manis
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 4 spring onions, fine lyanes
  • 1/2 lettuce, thin cut
  • 1 cucumber, half-sliced
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh onion
Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs well with the salt. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease it with 1 tablespoon oil. Pour in the pan the quarter of the beaten egg and set 1 to 2 minutes the omelette for one side. Turn it around and leave it 30 more seconds. Remove it from the pan and repeat the process with the rest of the egg. When the tortillas have cooled, gently screw them up and cut them into narrow Band-Aids; remember them.
  2. Mix garlic, the onion, chillies, prawn paste, coriander and sugar and crush them in a blender or kill until a uniform paste is made
  3. Heat a wok or a large, deep frying pan over a heavy heat, Put 1 tablespoon oil and fry the pasta during 1 minute until it's well aromatic. Add meat and prawns and sauté until colour changed. Take them out and set aside.
  4. Wait for the wok to be hot again, pour in the remaining oil and rice. Sauté until loose and hot. Add the kecap manis, soybeans and spring onions; sophdy during 1 minute more.
  5. Place the lettuce in a circle in a serving dish. Put the rice in the center and attach it with the tortilla strips, cucumber and refried onion.
