Ingredients
  1. 200 g red black rice
  2. 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  3. 1 Bay leaf
  4. 2 litres of vegetable stock
  5. 200 g chopped vegetables (carrot, red pepper and pumpkin)
  6. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  7. Salt and black pepper to taste
  8. 200 g chopped hearts of Palm (heart of Palm)
  9. 50 g chopped onion
  10. 2 chopped cloves of garlic
  11. 30 g laminated Brazil nuts

Preparation
  1. For rice
  2. In a pan with olive oil and add the garlic then heats the rice. FRY for 2 minutes and add half of the hot broth. Lift the boil and lower the heat and cook without cover.
