Ingredients
  • • 250 ml of cream liquid
  • • 1 Tablet of turrón of Jijona
  • • 2 eggs
  • • 3 egg yolks
  • • 3 egg whites
  • • 60 ml milk
  • • 1 lime gelatin envelope
  • • Lemon juice
  • • Salt
  • • Liquid caramel (for mold)
Instructions
  1. Place in the Thermomix the butterfly on the blades, with cold machine and tumbler. Add the cream and put it on speed 3. Tip into a bowl and reserve.
  2. Then, remove the butterfly of the Thermomix, Add nougat and crush during 20 seconds in speed 8, using the spatula.
  3. Then, Add eggs and yolks, and schedule 4 minutes, 70º, speed 5 in the Thermomix. Add the cold milk and gelatin and mix during 10 seconds to speed 4, until it is homogeneous. Pour into a bowl and allow to cool.
  4. Thoroughly wash the beaker, knives and butterfly and mount the egg whites along with the lemon and salt, programming 3 minutes to speed 2 1/2 or 3.
  5. Mix the egg whites, with the cream and nougat cream, with the spatula and pour in a caramelized mould.
  6. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Remove from the Tin it and decorate to taste.
