Ingredients
  • 200 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g fresh goat or feta cheese
  • 100 g of sliced chives
  • 100 g of pepper green
  • 100 g of cucumber
  • 50 g of olives without bone black
  • 40 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of oregano
  • Salt
  • To taste lettuce for garnish
Instructions
  1. Cut tomatoes in half and reserve. Shred the cheese in the Thermomix during 3 SEC. in vel. 3 ½. Remove and reserve.
  2. Put the pepper in Thermomix Bowl, spring onions, the peeled cucumber, the olives, oil, oregano and salt, and schedule 4 SEC. in vel. 3 ½.
  3. Add the reserved tomato and cheese, and mix with spatula. Put the mixture on lettuce leaves and serve.
Notes
  • Suggestion: This salad can be used to populate emptied cucumbers previously taking advantage of pulp for the salad.
