  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 2 large sliced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, cut into rings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tooth of garlic chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Fry with oil, salt and species in a saucepan during 1 minute.
  2. Add the chopped onion into rings and the chopped garlic, Cook 3 more minutes.
  3. Add tomato and cook during 5 more minutes. Add water, cover and simmer during 7 minutes.
