Ingredients
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 2 tomates grandes en rebanadas
  • 1 cebolla cortada en aros
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tooth of garlic chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Freír con el aceite, en una cacerola la sal y las especies durante 1 minute.
  2. Añadir la cebolla cortada en aros y el ajo picado, Cook 3 more minutes.
  3. Agregar el tomate y cocinar durante 5 more minutes. Agregar el agua, cubrir y cocinar a fuego lento durante 7 minutes.
