  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 Cup of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1/4 Cup additional grated cheese
  1. Arrange all the ingredients and utensils on the kitchen table. You turn on the oven at medium temperature (180 degrees).
