Ingredients
- 1 Pecet
- 1/4 cup oil
- c/n of meat broth (or any other)
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bread flour CDA
- 2 Mustard tbsp
- 100 g of milk cream (Optional)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Season the fish and brown it whole in the hot oil on all sides.
- Add the onion and sauté them.
- Lower the heat and put the broth. Cook for 1 time.
- Place the butter in another saucepan, melt it, Put the flour and stir with wooden spoon.
- Add the mustard and ladles of the broth from the other saucepan.
- Add cream and sliced fish.
