  • 1 Pecet
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • c/n of meat broth (or any other)
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Bread flour CDA
  • 2 Mustard tbsp
  • 100 g of milk cream (Optional)
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Season the fish and brown it whole in the hot oil on all sides.
  2. Add the onion and sauté them.
  3. Lower the heat and put the broth. Cook for 1 time.
  4. Place the butter in another saucepan, melt it, Put the flour and stir with wooden spoon.
  5. Add the mustard and ladles of the broth from the other saucepan.
  6. Add cream and sliced fish.
